De Monitoring and Alarm Receiving Centre Operator Courses is een opleiding die speciaal ontwikkeld is voor de medewerkers die werkzaam zijn in het Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC) van B-Securité.
MARC is een hoogwaardige technologische omgeving die in toenemende mate werkt met in eigen beheer ontwikkelde software. Deze omgeving stelt hoge eisen aan de Observant Centralist. Deze functie vereist naast juridische kennis, vooral hoogontwikkelde professionele eigenschappen, attitudes en vaardigheden. De MARC medewerker werkt ook mee aan de groeiende en zich snel ontwikkelende kwaliteit van de organisatie: B-Securité. Deze organisatie beveiligt ruim 1000 Basic Fit clubs verspreid over West-Europa, van Nederland tot Spanje. De Observant Centralist komt daardoor in aanraking met mensen van een andere cultuur. Daarin worden de MARC medewerkers getraind om informatie gestuurd te werken, evenals in het verzorgen van de eigen gezondheid in relatie met de 24/7 diensten en de zorg voor een eerste response met betrekking tot ongelukken en verwondingen.
Het certificaat staat borg voor een gedegen MARC Operator die kan interveniëren in een internationale omgeving met een hoog-professionele kwaliteit. De geldigheid van het certificaat is 3 jaar.

6 maanden voor het verstrijken van het certificaat ontvangt u een kennisgeving per e-mail dat het certificaat zal verstrijken. Indien het hercertificeringsproces vóór het verstrijken van het certificaat is voltooid, ontvangt u een aansluitend certificaat voor drie jaar. Indien het hercertificeringsproces na het verstrijken van het certificaat is voltooid, ontvangt u een certificaat voor drie jaar, dat ingaat op de datum van de certificeringsbeslissing.

The Monitoring and Alarm Receiving Center Operator Courses is a training program specially developed for employees working in B-Securité's Monitoring Alarm Receiving Center (MARC).
MARC is a high-tech environment that increasingly works with software developed in-house. This environment places high demands on the Observant Centralist. In addition to legal knowledge, this position requires highly developed professional qualities, attitudes, and skills. MARC employees also contribute to the growing and rapidly developing quality of the organization: B-Securité. This organization secures more than 1,000 Basic Fit clubs across Western Europe, from the Netherlands to Spain. As a result, the Observant Centralist comes into contact with people from different cultures. MARC employees are trained to work in an information-driven manner, as well as to take care of their own health in relation to the 24/7 services and to provide a first response in the event of accidents and injuries.
The certificate guarantees a thorough MARC Operator who can intervene in an international environment with a high level of professional quality. The certificate is valid for 3 years.

Six months before the certificate expires, you will receive an email notification that the certificate is about to expire. If the recertification process is completed before the certificate expires, you will receive a subsequent certificate for three years. If the recertification process is completed after the certificate expires, you will receive a certificate for three years, effective from the date of the certification decision.
